Sungai Petani に行きました

日曜日と月曜日にSungai Petaniへ行きました。Sungai Petaniで叔母さんは会いました。
The past Sunday & Monday, I went to visit my aunt in Sungai Petani. I saw many paddy fields there.
水田は見ました。天災つなみの所に行きました。本とに怖かったです。写真の中はつなみ時の記念物でした。このは全部壊れたの船でした。
I went to the Tsunami site near Kuala Muda. I saw the ruins of houses near the seashore. It was scary. The picture below shows a monument made up of wrecked "Sampan".

休みの時にうちへ帰りました。家族が会いました、幸せね。毎日は早く起きました。六時ぐらい起きました。家族といっしょに朝ごはんを食べました。つぎ、うちで掃除をしました。暇の時、私は日本のドラマ“野だめカンタビレ”を見ました。本とに面白いです。
During the 2 weeks vacation after the JLPT test, I went back to my hometown, Kuching. I love going home. I spent almost all of my vacation with my family. During the vacation, I watch the Japanese drama "Nodame Cantabile". It's a very interesting drama.

これはアニメの歌です。歌の名前は“こんなに近くで”。この歌は大好きです。

泰国の手芸品

これは小麦粉と砂糖とココナッツ乳の混合物。
これ手芸品はたべをいです。
(The ingredients are "gula melaka", flour and santan. It can be eaten & tastes veli nice ~,~)

中国の歌劇

土曜日に中国の歌劇を見ます。これ歌劇グルプのお国は中国と泰国です。これ歌劇の用語はテオチュごです。テオチュごは中国の一つ方言です。 (On saturday night, I went to see the chinese opera or to be more specific, Teochiew opera. The members of the opera were a combination of people from China & Thailand.*Yes, there are chinese that are mostly teochiew in Thailand & they celebrate Chinese New Year* )

これは泰国のケラトン。それに川を放出。恵みを祈ります。
(This is "krathong" from Thailand. This "krathong is released to the river as prayer for peace and harmony on the day "Loy-krathong" which is the light festival of Thailand.

(The "krathong" really can float on water. The inner base of the "krathong" is made from banana plant stem.)

















私すしをします。おおいしね。

(On sushi making demonstration, I did my own sushi.)
